Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, COD, and secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. For Cash on Delivery orders, handling fees may apply.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location. For international orders, customs duties and import charges are to be borne by the buyer. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds
Truffle accepts returns only in the case of damaged or defective products. To process a return, customers must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Products that are used or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
