At Truffle, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund at our discretion.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that products used or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
